My abode came with a basement that Needed a Ton of TLC etc.
Sand Tile is bathroom floor, Vanity wood and Shower tile - Yum looks wonderful ..Need to pick Paint
It has been given a new life with all new ceilings and drywall
Now its up to me to Pick the Paint colors Aarrrr

Wow....the basement probably gives you a lot of additional space. Here in Houston there are no such things as basements.....they would Flood! I think it would be cool to have a basement . Good job on the blog! Can't wait to see what color you paint!
